Recipes can be saved in much the same way as any other document such as a spreadsheet or text document.

To Save, select "File->Save..."

You can enter a text description of the recipe in the "Recipe description" field to help remember what the recipe does. This description has no effect on the operation of the recipe, it's just for convenience

To Open, select "File->Open Recipe..."

If you quit EasySync, your current workspace is autosaved. EasySync also periodically autosaves the current workspace
Note that Recipes do not contain the locations of folders that have been synced. This is as a result of Apple's "sandboxing" security restrictions.
