AccuRaw EXR/AccuRaw Monochrome will use the your machine's GPU (graphic processor) to speed up processing. The extent to which it does that depends on the GPU, and the amount of video memory available. There isn't any minimum GPU requirement - if necessary, AccuRaw will fall back to using the CPU.
