Customer privacy - to the extent that we have visibility to any customer data, we never communicate this to any third party. Note that in general Apple does not communicate any buyer information to us, or to any other App Store vendor.

Data Privacy - all our application's data privacy policy is real simple: it never communicates any data from your device to anyone, except if you specifically instruct it to do so - e.g., by using the application's email or help functions.
